Courtroom Testimony for Road Officers (2 DAY COURSE)

This course will give officers the knowledge and skills to assist them in effectively preparing and testifying in criminal proceedings. As a witness/investigator of a crime, an officer’s cooperation is essential to make the criminal justice system work. This course has been developed by Optimum Defense Services, Inc. in an effort to lessen the officer’s inconvenience and help them feel more comfortable and become more effective in the courtroom. Officers will be instructed on the entire process from actions at the scene through prosecution.
