For Immediate Release: Georgetown, SC, – December 7, 2016 – U.S. based company, Optimum Defense Services, Inc. (ODS) has been awarded a government contract to research and develop curricula, to be used in a Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs course.

“The award is a culmination of our team’s hard work, but it’s only the beginning. It’s an important responsibility that we have been assigned. As a new, start-up small business, this award gives us the opportunity to deliver a product, based on our capabilities,” said Brian Hager, Chief Operations Officer.  “A successful delivery builds our past performance, which can generate future work, translating to future growth.”

In addition, they’ve been selected, by the client, to conduct the pilot delivery of this training course, which will be held out of state, with potential to take this course worldwide. 

“We are excited to mesh our continuing training efforts, working alongside international police forces, with our new law enforcement and civilian courses, taught at our Georgetown location,” said Hager.
