Generational Differences: Leading the New Age of LEOs (1 DAY COURSE)

This course was designed to inform law enforcement agency, mid-level supervisors about the differences in generations among their officers. The content of the class will be used to promote discussion about the issues we face and the strategies we can use to positively engage and motivate not only this new generation of law enforcement officer, but all officers under our charge.
